The context. Scoot is an urban mobility company based in Patras: sharing, transfers, rentals, partners. Its operation did not fit in a simple site: it needed contracts, identity verification, online payments and a daily view of the fleet.

The approach. Instead of a site, a system was built. What ran on paper, phone calls and Excel became a digital flow with roles, history and accountability. Bilingual, live in Kos and Patras.

The result. In production today: a bilingual site with online bookings, contract signing with identity verification, a B2B portal for hotels, self-drive rental with online payment and deposit, and notifications that keep the team and drivers in sync.

The upkeep. The system is monitored and evolves: route checks every 5 minutes, automatic backups, new capabilities when operations need them. That is what monthly care looks like in practice.

The site you are reading is the second project. It is designed like a management console because that is the product: tools that work every day. Behind it runs Quasar Console, the admin every client gets with their project, in their own logo and colour.
